1. Introduction and Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
Ula Co., the seller of the products (referred to as the “Products” or the “Product”) and the owner of the website www.ula.im (referred to as the “Website”), is based in China at Zhejiang. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online purchases of Products through the Website, in accordance with Italian law.
Customers who wish to make a purchase (referred to as the “Customer”) must carefully read and accept these General Terms and Conditions before proceeding with a purchase on the Website.
2. Selection and Ordering of Products
The description sheet of each Product on the Website includes information such as sizes, colors, descriptions, compositions, and more. The graphical representation of the Products displayed on the Website serves the purpose of presenting the Products for sale and may not accurately represent their features and quality.
Customers can make purchases on the Website either as a registered customer or as a guest without registering. In either case, the Customer needs to fill out and submit the electronic order form (“Order”) by selecting the preferred method of payment.
3. After submitting the Order:
The Customer will receive an email from the Seller containing the Order Number, a list of the Products with their essential features, and the total price, including delivery expenses and any additional costs.
The Seller will check the availability of the Products on the Order and take the following actions: i) process the Order if the Products are available, ii) cancel the Order if the Products are not available, or iii) process only the available Products on the Order and refund the price of the canceled products.
4. Prices and Delivery Expenses
The prices of the Products displayed on the Website are in USD and exclude VAT.
Any delivery costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer and will be itemized before the purchase order is submitted (“Additional Expenses”).
5. Accepted Payment Methods
Customers can pay for the Products’ price and any additional expenses using a credit card or PayPal.
Credit Card:
The Website accepts the following credit card types for purchases:

Maestro
American Express
The Customer’s credit card number is not stored by the Website.
PayPal:
Once the Order is placed, the Customer will be directed to the PayPal website to make the payment using their PayPal account or a credit card, including pre-paid credit cards. The payment methods accepted by PayPal will be in accordance with their respective conditions.
6. Shipping and Delivery
The Products will be delivered to the address by the Customer during the purchasing process.
All Products will be delivered by an express courier, and the Seller will not be held liable for any unforeseen delays or delays beyond their control.
After the Products are shipped, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link to track the shipment. Unless there are circumstances of force majeure or unforeseen events, the Products will be delivered within 28 business days, starting from the day following the Order.
7.Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any explanations or incurring penalties (“Right of Withdrawal”).
The Right of Withdrawal can be exercised for all or part of the purchased Products.
The Customer can exercise the Right of Withdrawal within 14 days from the date of physical possession of the Products by the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer.
If the Customer places an Order for multiple Products to be delivered separately, the Right of Withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the date of physical possession of the last Product.
To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, an Unregistered Customer must send a written notice to the Seller at [email protected] within the mentioned timeframe. The notice should include the Order number, name and surname of the Order holder, and the reason for the withdrawal (optional but requested by the Seller for statistical purposes).
Once the Withdrawal notice is received and the right of withdrawal is verified, the Seller’s customer service will confirm the exercised Right of Withdrawal via email. The email will include a file number and instructions on how to return the Products.
For Registered Customers, the Right of Withdrawal can be exercised by accessing the “My Orders” section, sending a withdrawal request for the specific Order within the mentioned timeframe. The Seller’s customer service will then confirm the Right of Withdrawal and provide instructions for returning the Products.
The Right of Withdrawal can also be exercised by returning the Products to any specified point of sale within the mentioned timeframe. Thepoint of sale must be authorized by the Seller and agreed upon in advance.
8. Return and Refund Procedure
The Customer must return the Products to the Seller without undue delay and within 14 days from the date of exercising the Right of Withdrawal.
The Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon with the Seller.
Upon receiving the returned Products, the Seller will verify their condition and proceed with the refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the returned Products.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase unless otherwise agreed upon with the Customer.
If the Customer has exercised the Right of Withdrawal but fails to return the Products or returns them in a damaged or used condition, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund or deduct a value corresponding to the diminished value of the Products.

The Seller will make every effort to respond to inquiries and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data for the purposes related to the sale of Products and in compliance with the applicable privacy laws. The Seller’s privacy policy is available on the Website and provides detailed information on the processing of personal data.
11.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Chinese law.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chinese courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions.
12. Amendments and Updates
The Seller reserves the right to make changes and updates to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be available on the Website and will apply to Orders submitted after their publication on the Website.
By placing an Order, the Customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their updated version at the time of the Order.
