Shipping Policy

Zuria Co. is pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders over $50.00 (before taxes). If your order amount is less than $50.00 (before tax), we will charge a shipping fee.

Zuria Co. guarantees your order will be shipped within three (3) business days.

All amounts displayed online, including shipping and handling charges (exclude taxes), are in USD.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Additionally, when your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your individual tracking number to monitor your order through our shipping partners.

Zuria Co. will make every effort in good faith to ship all orders as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and will not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, labor disputes, civil unrest, accidents, material availability, carrier delays, or any other causes beyond the control of Zuria Co. If you have specific shipping requirements, please contact Zuria Co. for further assistance.

Zuria Co. reserves the right to select the carrier for all shipments and utilizes services from China Post, Netherlands Post, Fedex, and other common commercial couriers. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you have any specific delivery instructions, such as requesting the order to be held for pickup at a post office or courier depot, please specify in the comment section during checkout.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. point of shipment, and the risk of loss transfers from Zuria Co. to the buyer upon tender of the products to the buyer, the buyer’s representative, or the applicable common carrier. Accordingly, Zuria Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage to orders during transit. In the event of damage caused by the carrier, please retain any damaged cartons or packaging for carrier inspection.

Upon receipt of the products, the buyer must examine all items. Any claims for damage, shortages, errors in shipment, or improper delivery must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, the buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the products, if not previously accepted, and will have no right to reject or revoke acceptance of the products. To process claims, please provide your delivery tag/waybill number, packing slip number, and account number to Zuria Co. Customer Care at [email protected].

Return Policy

Zuria Co. offers a No Hassle return policy. You may return any product purchased, within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be in new condition, suitable for resale, in their undamaged original packaging, with all original parts, and must not have been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered, or damaged in any way. Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and accompanying photos must be provided for processing. Some returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless otherwise agreed to by Zuria Co. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. In the case of shipping errors made by Zuria Co., we will provide return shipping information and cover all return shipping costs. All other returns are at the customer’s expense.
